The social hall at Quinn Memorial A.M.E. Church at 515 North St., Steubenville, is where a free nutrition breakfast will be served at 9 a.m. on Aug. 18 as part of a wellness program based at the church and open to the public. The program is being formed, organizers explained, to provide healthy nutrition and exercise therapy as well as healthy lifestyle/living information. The free nutrition breakfast will be followed by free exercise activity instructed by Tammy Gregory, certified fitness trainer. Gloria Crossland will provide information on high cholesterol, and musical movements will be led by Sandra Williams, wellness instructor. Involved in the program are, from left, committee members Carol Ann Simmons, registration; Williams; the Rev. ReLoy Gainey, the church’s pastor; Terry Jennings, hostess; and Jacqueline Gibson, chairperson.
