A 2018 Healthy Eating Consumer Trend Report by Technomic showed that consumers are increasingly making changes for the better when it comes to their diets. Forty percent of customers say their definition of health has changed over the past two years and forty percent of older Millennials surveyed said health is “very important” in deciding which restaurant they would choose to visit.
